Shipping & Return Policies
What is our SHIPPING POLICY?
You will receive an email confirmation upon placement of your order. Using ShipTime, we will determine the best shipping method, with the amount being determined by the weight & size of the parcel, and your postal code. We do attempt to have orders leave our premises within 5 business days.
Delivery charges are non-refundable, and are the responsibility of the buyer.
What is our RETURN POLICY?
Please make sure you purchase with a purpose! We do NOT accept returns. Exchanges and store credits are available within 10 days of your purchase.
For shipped items, if there is a problem with your order, let us know within three days of receiving it and we will make things right. We will make sure you receive a replacement or exchange when possible if the item is received damaged.
What if a SHIPPED item arrives damaged?
We work very hard to package your items with care, but sometimes, unfortunately, damages still occur during transit. If your order is received damaged, please do the following:
- Email photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to email@example.com. Do not discard the damaged item or the packaging.
- Watch for a response explaining your next steps and what you can expect.
We accept payment via Shopify, using Visa or Mastercard. If the shipping cost is less than what you have been charged, a credit will be issued to you.
